A Bit About Myself

I grew up in Southern California.  My family left Ventura County for a brief 4 year period but we all missed it so much we had to come back.  For our first move away we had a fantastic realtor who helped us sell our house - Jill Barker.  She had a fabulous personality and loved our family.  It was the only upside to moving.  When we finally decided to come back we needed a realtor that would find us a great new home.  Jill Barker rang a bell.  This was the first time I had looked up to someone while admiring what they do for a living.  Since then I have always been very interested in home prices, rental prices, and commercial real estate.  I have taken a few classes in the subject and I would love to continue on this path of real estate.  My ideal job would be a broker for residential real estate but leading up to it I wouldn't mind commercial or rentals.

    Hi Michelle! I think it's very cool that you were able to choose your profession based on an experience of yours. Moving is very tough, and it's great that your family had someone to ease the pain. I think real estate is a very interesting topic and am looking forward to reading your future posts.

      I think it's really important to pursue a career that you are interested in. It seems that you've been interested in this field for a very long time. I'm sure you will be very successful in this field if you keep your clients happy just like your broker Jill Barker.

    A similar experience happen to me. I feel that a realtor represents a great time in peoples lives.
